This race was new in 2008 and was based on the now defunct Downham Fell Race and the Five Cloughs Race. It is a race over 14 miles with an ascent of 3,900 ft. You will require navigational skills for this race as you will be required to visit nine checkpoints and only the start and finish will be flagged. Pre-entry is advisable, but you will be able to enter on the day.
